Parclose

Fair, private redemptions for tokenized real-world-asset funds — coordinated by autonomous liquidity agents and settled on Casper.

Semi-liquid RWA funds can't clear redemptions fairly: gating is blind, order flow leaks and invites front-running, and marks are stale. Parclose runs a confidential crossing window — sealed orders, one fair clearing price, verifiable on-chain settlement — without any order ever touching the chain in the clear.

1

Sealed orders arrive

Participants and agents submit sealed orders. Only ciphertext is posted on-chain — no side, size, or price is visible. This is the front-running protection.

2

Agents reason — blind

Two autonomous liquidity agents each read the same attested market view and reason under uncertainty and competition, unable to see any rival's order or strategy. Their reasoning is an off-chain artifact, shown here for the demo.

3

Confidential clearing

The enclave computes a single uniform clearing price and matched set, and signs a domain-separated attestation over the result.

4

Atomic settlement on Casper

The CrossingEngine verifies the attestation (signature, code measurement, freshness, domain binding) and atomically settles the matched set from pre-funded escrow — in seconds of deterministic finality.

private inputs → verified fair clearing → atomic on-chain settlement

No individual order ever touched the chain in the clear.
